1. Buyer submits official, formal, corporate (if applicable) Letter of Intent (LOI) detailing the desired commodity, quantities, quantities per shipment, type, exact specifications (if known by buyer beforehand), delivery terms, conditions, packaging information, destination port, **TARGET PRICE**, payment type (and any & all other details necessary to ensure prompt and secure shipment & delivery to world ports for import into a specific country and / destination.)

2. Accompanying LOI must be AT LEAST ONE FINANCIAL REFERENCE FROM AT LEAST ONE TOP 50 BANK. We will accept SWIFT bank message and/or a signed Official Corporate Letter from a TOP BANK. We will provide our bank details and SWIFT CODE for any capable buyer who comes forward with signed and sealed official LOI from the company and / or individual who is able to fund the purchase of the desired physical commodity.

3. We will then give buyer a soft offer of "THIS PRICE OR BETTER" and/or "48-HOUR TIME LIMITED CIF /QUOTE OF $XYZ PER METRIC TON DELIVERED TO ??"

4. BUYER MUST THEN SIGN PROFORMA INVOICE / SUPPLY CONTRACT FOR IMPORT PURCHASE OF SUGAR, WHEAT, CORN, SOYBEAN, RICE, ETC. FOR WHATEVER COMMODITY YOU ARE SEEKING TO PURCHASE FOR IMPORT.

5. BUYER WILL ISSUE THE NECESSARY FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT REQUIRED TO DO SUCH INT'L IMPORT / EXPORT BUSINESS. ISSUED TO B&G'S BANKS ARE ACCEPTABLE FOR RECEIVING SUCH CONDITIONAL FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS.

6. B&G GROUP WILL FINANCE THE IMPORT PURCHASE OF SUGAR, WHEAT, CORN, SOYBEAN, RICE, ETC., ENABLE ITS WORLD EXPORT AND DELIVERY TO ANY DESTINATION PORT, FACTORY, OR ANY MUTUALLY AGREEABLE DESTINATION. IF BUYER'S BANK IS OF HIGH-ENOUGH RATING, AND IF BUYER'S STANDING WITH BANK IS ACCEPTABLE ENOUGH, THEN WE CAN OFFER DEFERRED L/Cs FOR QUALIFIED BUYERS OF UP TO at 100% sight L/C.

7. Seller's POP exchanged bank-to-bank (or via Seller's Attorney's Notarized Letter) vs. buyer's POF (BCL).

8. Seller reviews Pre-Advise L/C text and notifies buyer.

9. Buyer opens Non-Operative L/C in seller's favor.

10. Seller posts PB immediately after L/C is opened, activating buyer's L/C.

11. First shipment commences 21-45 days after opening of buyer's financial instrument. Any additional shipments to take place at regular intervals, as per contract schedule.
